What you need for a bathroom and a bedroom ☺ The location is amazing with everything we needed around, with a metro station a 5 minute walk away. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean. The balcony is very convenient for breakfast or a nap ☹ It was much smaller than what we saw in the photos. The double bed was attached to the sofa which opens into the living room. Also, if someone has a lot of extra pounds, it will barely fit in the shower!

Exceptional ☺(Ground floor apartment) Exceeded our expectations! Very easy access to the apartment - using a coded lockbox, perfect location - many corner shops nearby, 3min walk to the Panormou metro station, 12min walk to Lidl (many other local supermarkets closer than Lidl), the neighbourhood doesn't seem sketchy (just average Athens vibes) - also in terms of safety there were bars separating our terrace from the street which reassured us a lot. In general our expectations for an apartment in Athens were very low, but this one turned out to be one of the best stays we've experienced in european cities. The host provided us with literally everything we needed: every possible kitchen utensil, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, water, shower gel, shampoo, a first aid kit with band-aids and ointment for insect bites, more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products and 2 sets of paper flip-flops. When we return to visit Athens again, we'll definetely stay here once more. (photos as we're leaving) ☹Nothing to dislike (except maybe very loud drunk neighbours)

☺Great location. There was a market on the next street on Saturdays. Fully equipped apartment and a great place to explore Athens. ☹The bathroom was poorly designed. The shower was too small. The shower door didn't work properly.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. ☺ The amenities included a coffee maker, sandwich maker, refrigerator, and a terrace with chairs and a table. The building was newly constructed. The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment was spacious and very well located in a quiet neighborhood with good transport links to the metro and airport bus. Metro line 3 and bus line X95. ☹ The shower door is very stiff and difficult to open. The placement of the light switches is inconvenient given the apartment's layout. They should also warn guests that one of the switches in the entrance hall is for the landing light; I accidentally left it on one night.

Very clean ☺Very very clean!! Many amenities, this apartment has everything, closet, glasses, big shampoos, balcony. ☹The bed is not very comfortable but ok. Too much noise, people are talking while walking down the street and you hear everything with closed windows.

Wonderful ☺ The place was very clean and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets. It has a nice kitchen with utensils... hot water all the time and because of solar. The bathroom is clean. All the comforts of home... comfortable balcony... it's close to the Panormou metro... there are plenty of places to eat... I even managed to get to the local market on Saturday 😁😁... ☹ I didn't find anything negative.

Great little modern studio apartment fitted with all you need close to markets and metro. Satisfied! ☺ It was located on a quiet street close by the metro, the supermarket (just a few blocks) and the public vegetable market held every Saturday which was great to stock up on fruits and veggies. Very easy access. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was well stocked with basic pots and pans, dishes, an iron, hair dryer, and even a 1st aid kit, microwave, Nespresso machine, toastie maker, washing machine. Great shower with pressure (need to turn on the hot water switch 15 min in advance.) Secure building, quiet street. Would def book with Elvita apartments again when visiting Athens. ☹ Wish the washing machine also dried as clothes took a few days to dry on the line outside. And the TV would have been nice to be able to access the smart TV features. But that's all really.

We would return again ☺ The host was very helpful and accommodating, the apartment was very clean and the location is ideal ! ☹ The wifi wasn’t strong in the whole apartment but maybe that was an issue only in our apartment. Some detergent would’ve been a plus !
